Some of the rooms offer an open jacuzzi tub and the living room like area in the rooms.
The inexperienced hotel staff in checking into the hotel and the fact that they charged me a $100 for smoking in the room; I don't smoke.
The hotel is a clean, small property. The staff seem unfamiliar with the computer system and the staff was not very customer service oriented or helpful in resolving a problem. Located by a major reservoir in the Santa Clara County.

Good price, decent location.
Creepy staff, hot breakfast was gone 1hr before closed.
Hotel was ok for price, owner was creepy constantly watching us when out of our room. The hot breafast was gone 1 hour before it was over asked for more food and they never brought any-all was left was cold cereal and toast. Asked for 4 extra towls because thats how many their was staying in our room(only 1 provided) and they said they could only give us two. Not the best place to stay-probably could find something better. read more

The room size was comfortable, and the bed was nice.
The room had some uncovered eletrical wires exposed in the bathroom, where a iron might have been placed.
The hotel was easy to find, and close to the freeway and to downtown. The breakfast offered was kind of a joke. But pretty much what you get at that kind of place. The information pamplet said expanded continetal breakfast?

Good selection of TV channels.
Construction work on hotel starts early in the morning.
The rooms at the front are renovated and quite nice. The rooms in the back are old, worn, and generally disappointing.

We were at soccer tournament and we could walk to field. Our room on the 2nd floor overlooked the fields.
Someone was using the Jacuzzi next to my room at 10:30 at night. It was very noisy, and we could not sleep until it was turned off hours later.
The hotel is well maintained, clean and the atmosphere is friendly.

I like that the room had a big bed and it was comfortable.
The new renovations where overly sensationalized. There were corners cut everywhere and it looked sloppy. Outside was sloppy as well.
Upon my reserving this hotel room I was expecting to be happy based on the room description. Boy was I wrong. The kid at the front desk had an attitude on check out and when I asked where there room was he just pointed over his right shoulder and said over there. Not very helpful. The overall landscaping and look of the hotel at best was poor. Very sloppy and uninviting. The room was ok at first glance but the small things kept showing up that made any renovations look like a hack job that was rushed. I did sleep well on the king size bed but didn't enjoy that it was warm and stuffy in my room all night due to the air conditioner being completely covered by the curtains and no way to have them out of the way other than opening your curtains wide open. It did cool a bit by morning but that was over about 9 hours or so. I'd pass on this hotel if you're used to good customer service and a non-party type of atmosphere. There were people outside my door almost all night smoking which came into the room and made very hard to sleep. Overall, I'll pass on the executive suites on my next trip through this area and go for something a bit more clean and friendly. read more

Close to Gilroy.
The key got demagnetized & they reset it without asking for any ID.
Not clean, not safe for female travelers, rude, expected me to be unconvinced because of their reservation mistake.

Priced right, liked the in-room Jacuzzi easy to find.
Hair in vent in Jacuzzi, I actually cleaned it myself.
Pretty nice, good price, grounds neat. Other than the small stuff, the hair in tub and the mattress pad not being on the bed we had too fight the sheet all night. We actually would stay there again, I would just get any issues taken care of right away instead of just dealing with it.
