I did not care for this hotel at all. It was in a good location, but the overall experience was very poor.
The hotel was nasty.
This hotel had non-smoking rms, however, they smell of smoke and there wasn't any area to gather with your party. They ran out of supplies and it was an overall bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that was vacationing. It will do if you are a construction worker and needed somewhere to stay in other than your car.

Excellent location.
The lobby/corridor/stairwell stinks.
Very good location. Friendly staff. The kitchen is a very big plus for those who need one. The entire hotel smells very musty. God knows when the last time was that they let in some fresh air into the place. Other than that, pretty decent.

Nothing, worst hotel I ever stayed in the last 54 years.
Do not stay at this hotel. The rooms smelled extremely strong of smoke odor. The rooms appear to have last been built 20 years ago according to the decor. So please note that the rooms likely have at least 20 years of smoking odor embedded in the walls, floor, furniture, carpets, shades and bed.

It was clean and convient for longer stays, we really made use of the kitchenette and the extra seating in the room. Close to attractions and shopping.
It was difficult to locate for the first time guest.
Clean and convenient to attractions and downtown asheville. The kitchenette and breakfast table were welcome additions for a longer than one night stay. We were only two people travelling together so we had plenty of space in the room.

Very close to Downtown Ashville.
Could not get Room with 2 Beds.
The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. The utensils were made of Steel and would prefer they provided non-stick pans for cooking. There was no ice machine located in the facility.

This is great for a business traveler or someone needing an economic solution for a loner stay. This hotel does not have a restaurant or pool, but the rooms were clean and restaurants are within walking distance.
