The hotel is located close to I-75, multiple restaurants across the street, the staff was very helpful.

Slow response and bad bad service.

Reception and house made is same person. Needed wait everything for reception. It was extra 10 dollars when ask two bed for family stay. No hair dryer too. Toilet was not working, then I needed fix by myself. This hotel was worst service in my life.

We had to change the sheets on our own, there were dirty sheets, dishes and bath tub when we arrived. They did not place us in another room.

This is the worst experience
I have had in a hotel.

This hotel has kitchenette and utensils, good for extended stay. Friendly and helpful staff.
Maid comes in only once a week.

I felt very safe and it was in a very good location to downtown.
Could have been better room cleaning and better ammonites such as dish liquid.

Over all the hotel was a good place to rest your head without any worries, very safe no matter what time you come in. The staff a bit to relax didn't go out the way to assist you. The room a bit dusty, but the price was good. Would stay there again.
