Comfortable, clean, quiet.
Location made it a bit difficult to get out of at busy time of day. Trash from last customer was still in room.

For the average guest staying one night, this hotel is as good as any. The room was comfortable and the small kitchen space does come in handy. But if you are staying more than one night, because it is an extended stay hotel, there is no maid service and you have to exchange your dirty towels at the front desk and take out your own trash yet still pay the same price as a comparable regular hotel. read more

For the $$$$, a real value. Nothing negative.

Good location, good value, and clean rooms. The staff is what made this stay outstanding. Happy, responsive, neat and great folks.

Pillows were terrible and mattress somewhat hard.

The hotel was conveniently located to much available in Austin and easy access to downtown. It is designed for business travelers that need to work in the room, but only okay for just using it as a room for sleep.

Leaking bath tub.

Located right off Mopac & 183 on 360, just down from Sam's & a brewery, very convenient, standard kitchen minus the oven, perfect for families or businessmen - even a romantic getaway if you don't mind cooking in.
