The location is excellent
The bed is not even queen sized. It is very small.

The location of the hotel is excellent. However, this is below the standard of most Extended Stay America hotels. The bed is extremely small and uncomfortable. The entire place smelled like an ashtray.

Cleanliness, staff, location and room facilities, all excellent.

No real lobby, dining room, pool or gym, but very clean room and comfortable bed and kitchen with 18 cu.ft frig, stove, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Great for a budget extended stay. Staff was very helpful.

I liked the convenient location & room sizes.
It was in a smoking room so it smelled.

The hotel was was an incredible price for it's location and utilities it provided. The staff was helpful and friendly, while being non-intrusive.

Awesome location and you can fix your own meals.
Tiny problem with cleaning, but I bring my own cleaning stuff so I fixed it.

Location and free parking are great to find on 6th Street. An evening walk down the street to hear music coming out of the various venues was a unique experience. Walking distance of Whole Foods (bring a backpack).

It was located on 6th street just a few blocks away. Within walking distance. Nice kitchen, wish I would have brought food to prepare!
There was no breakfast offered, but other than that I was very satisfied with the hotel.

The hotel was located on 6th street. I walked down to the more "popular parts" of 6th during the day and it was about a 7 min walk. Not bad at all for the price. The lobby area was decorated nice and modern. The receptionist was friendly. Our room was nice and clean. My boyfriend and I were surprised by the full kitchen (microwave, sink, stove, full size fridge and even dishes) avail. If I would have known better, we could have saved a lot of money if we brought food to cook instead of eating out. If I stay in Austin again, and plan on hanging out on 6th, I will consider this hotel again. It was well worth, we spent! read more

Location.
Didn't have a swimming pool.

It was a good value for the money but had to pay extra to get 2 beds.

Inexpensive and good location for us.
Windows were extremely extremely hard to close & open. TV stations lacked. No pool or hot tub.

Good for the price we paid. Nice to have a fridge. Bed was hard for my taste. The laundry facility came in handy.

value/price; location; EXCELLENT staff!
poor sound block from hall/adjoining rooms

I was so shocked that the room was RIGHT there in the middle of absolutely everything on my itinerary. Staff so courteous and willing to help w/restaurant suggestions etc. I began making lots of friends while just passing people by so we were kinda becoming our own little neighborhood...how often does that happen??
