Room was spacious and comfortable with a kitchenette.
There was no shampoo/soap - luckily I bring them. There was a large amount of hair on the bathroom floor.
This hotel was what I expected. The staff was nice. The entrance was just a hall with the office on the side. It was quite, almost felt like we were the only ones there, but I knew we were not. I have 2 negatives - the bed was not great. The bathroom floor was unusually dirty with hair, a large amount. We arrived really late & did not notice till the morning. I understand things happen, so I would like to give them the benefit. Everything else was good. The staff was attentive and clean. This would be a good hotel for anyone needing to stay multiple nights - you could stock the frig, cook on a stove or microwave, wash dishes in a sink. read more

It was nice and quiet.
My only problem was the location of the room, 1st floor at the front of the building.
I'd be glad to go back, on my next trip to Austin, TX.

The staff was very friendly and always helpful. They were willing to go the extra mile.
No coffee bar.
The hotel was clean and no frills. The staff enhanced the overall experience with their helpfulness, friendliness, and good attitudes.

Location/clean.
No shampoo, soaps, bed was hard as a rock.
It was an OK place to crash. The bed was hard and no shampoo or soap was provided which surprised me.

There were bugs in the room and stuff under the beds.
The internet is extra and did not even work. Would not refund. The beds had toys under them from previous guests and ants on the night table and counters in the kitchen. Phone was stuck to table by something sticky and dead bugs fell out of the battery compartment of the clock. Clerk was friendly but unable to offer any solution to the poor room quality and non-existent internet. read more

Location and the price, that Priceline gave me, was good.
Filthy, worn out, plain and dirty.
The location and price through Priceline were great. Although it has the appearance of a two star hotel the room was filthy, dirty carpets, holes on the comforter, torn mattress and a lizard in the bathroom. I could have paid more for a better nights sleep, did I mention the mattress was rock hard. The floor would have been softer if the carpet were clean.

I had to go buy room deodorizer to stay in the room.
The people were friendly enough but the facility could be taken care of better. If you get a no smoking room you should not have to hold your breath till you get to the room
