The front desk clerk was very good.
The guest who cooked fish on my floor.
The hotel is hidden under a cloverleaf and behind trees. There is no sign at the entrance of the hotel, so you will likely drive right past it.

It is near between Lake Travis and 6th Street.
I had a great time staying at this hotel, the staff was terrific and it was in between everything.

Near venue concert I came to Austin to attend.
It was great! There was nothing I did not like.
The staff was wonderful and it was nice to cook my own meals. Thank you!

Location.
Extreme difficulty getting to the hotel.
Hotel was fine. The problem was that it was close to impossible to navigate the street hi-way around the hotel and get to the entrance. They need to provide explicit information in the regard. Making a U-turn on onto a one-may street was the least of the problems!

The clerk was most professional and concerned with our dilemma even though she couldn't change our reservation.
There was no coffee packets in the room although it was promised in their literature.
