Very helpful staff.
The kitchenette didn't have pans for cooking as they are supposed to. One knife, two forks, Small TV.

The staff was very nice. I wouldn't stay here again. The pillows (2) are terrible and the room/hotel have a musty smell to them. Poor excuse for a kitchen with hardly anything to cook with.

Great to have a full kitchen available in the room.
Beds a bit too firm. Heat was noisy.

If I was away from home on business, it suits the purpose well, especially when I can get a discount from Priceline.

TV werent very nice
or comfortable.

Needed a bigger TV, had no local channels which made news and weather watching in the morning not easy. the sheets and pillows could of been of a better quality

Mattress and pillows are very uncomfortable.

Location is good however staff are not friendly, rooms very dull looking, mattress and pillows - very uncomfortable.

It was very convenient location, staff was friendly.

We only spent a night at this hotel, but the staff was friendly. The room was clean. We got a handicap room, because that was the only non-smoking room they had available, but that was fine.

Good choice for our annual tour to the Boston area. We have stayed at this hotel for the past few years average stay 15-20 days. Hotel is clean and well situated for our needs with excellent service on the T with easy access to major route #128.

The suite was fully equipped for a comfortable extended stay. The high speed secure Internet worked flawlessly, not requiring daily log ins.

The staff was courteous, friendly, and highly responsive to all requests.
