Reservation was kept and I was allowed to check in early.
Location was commercial and I had a streetlight right outside the window.

My reservation was correct, price was good, and I was allowed to check in early, a big convenience. The Extended-Stay concept offers little amenities in the hotel, but the room was very nice, and very clean. Good air, and windows that opened. No real complaints though, I would stay there again.

Nice to have full kitchen with basics included.

Extended Stay America is perfect for our business trip to Villa Park. We are close to our facility and like the full apartment feeling of the room.

I liked the price and how nice the staff seemed to be.
On the day of my checkout, the hotel turned away a package without telling me, even though I was still in the hotel.

This is a good place to stay, so long as you stay on top of things. If you expect the staff to simply do what they say, you will be sorely surprised.

I liked the convenience close to 290 and the amenities the room offered.
There wasn't a wine opener.

Excellent for someone away from home on a budget. Being able to quickly prepare a humble meal in your own room with no hassle.

I was surprised to have a king size bed and the temperature of water in bathroom was great.

It was a nice clean place to stay. The staff was especially helpful.

No swimming pool.

This was a great hotel. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the added space of a studio type room for long term stays as well as entertaining while traveling.

The rooms were larger than regular hotel rooms and included a small kitchen.
The staff was not very helpful and the stairway smelled like some sort of strong chemical.

Great place for the business traveler. Stay for a night, stay for a week, the feeling will be mutual for both you and the staff. Have a great day!
