The clerk at the front desk was friendly.
I requested a late checkout, because U checked in early in the morning around 2 a.m. and was told that the latest they would allow me to stay was 12.

I was extremely surprised that this hotel would not allow a 1:00 p.m. check-out. I was very disappointed with the TV did not work also the fleas in one room. I requested another room and the clerk placed me in a room that wasn't clean.

Staff were courteous, friendly and co-operative as well as the decent facilities offered by hotel.
Laundry vending machine, should be checked promptly for supplies.

The hotel was affordable, excellent staff with great services. Though there is need for improvement in the laundry section, a business center could be considered for guests without laptops. Overall experience was very satisfactory.

The Kitchenette was perfect for us to make a light supper before going to bed!
There were only two very small pillows on the bed it was sort of uncomfortable.

It was nice having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
No shampoo was given. The halls smelled of cigarettes.

The room was nice except for the cigarette/musty smell in the room. I ran the AC to keep the smell away. The hallways smelled of cigarettes also. The refrigerator and microwave were nice and handy.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating to requests
The first room I was assigned was not cleaned, the sheets weren't changed, there was food in the room.

The hotel staff were very helpful and understanding. The rooms were average. They dint have shampoo and were rather miserly on soap and other amenities.
