Room not cleaned properly and checked.. no remote for TV.

Double check the room after the housekeeper cleans it.. my room didn't have a remote for my TV. and we had a coffee maker but no pot to put coffee in.. to front desk at check out so I would not be charged. housekeeping must been rushing to get to next room, make me think what else she/he missed

Hotel lives up to its chain's reputation for excellence. I'm glad that Priceline partners with them!

I liked the comfortable chair, the bed was extremely uncomfortable.
I didn't like the customer service, the fact that it was no pool or any activities to do.

It was a very convenient place to stay, the customer service was bad and hopefully I get a better hotel next time.

Front desk not always polite.

This is an excellent hotel for those who do not need a daily room service nor housekeeping; and who is also prepared to use the kitchen so as to make themselves feel as if they were at home. Not all our friends would prefer this kind of hotel, but we certainly appreciate it.
