The staff was very efficient, check in was quick and the room was nice and clean.
Nice, clean suites with well equipped kitchen, the staff is helpful, efficient and quick with check in process.

Clean and very typical for extended stay.
Not the friendliest staff.
This place is pretty much what you expect/get from an Extended Stay in a large metro area. Nothing out of the unusual. Not the friendliest folks in the hotel, but not unfriendly either. Indifferent would probably describe it best.

Hotel staff was rude and pushy. They were not helpful in any way.
The staff was not courteous or polite. I feel they were prejudice and stereo typing of others. I would
never recommend, Extended Stay America at any time to anyone.

Friendly, clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent.
House cleaning was not done.
Very good for someone who is stopping through. Vonvienient shopping and easy access to 2 freeways. Rooms are clean and in good condition. Staff is friendly and considerate.

The staff member at check in was condescending, very rude and bias, made a very biased statement.
The carpet was spotty and dirty, the toilet was dirty, the window didn't shut the phone did not work, microwave was also very dirty.
During my visit to California, I stayed at three different Extended stay hotels, the first was excellent, clean and had courteous staff . The second was Extended Stay Deluxe and the stay was pleasant. The third stay was terrible. The rude staff member was snappy, made biased comments and stereotyped me. She stated that the room key would not work if I tried to stay after 11AM check out time. The room was unclean throughout and the hall and lobby had a mildew smell. Finally they refused to give me a printout of my receipt claiming it was the Hotel policy, when the previous two hotels gave me a receipt with a smile. read more

Excellent in overall.
This is a excellent hotel in a great location, near two freeway (680 & 880), western and asian supermarkets are close. Room is clean and equipped with kitchen (big bonus for family or group. What I want to say is excellent.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my trip.
Took too long to get the toilet fixed.
The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the delay in getting my toilet fixed. I reported on a Friday and had to wait until Monday before it finally got fixed. Otherwise, once that got taken care of, everything else went off without a hitch.

Great room, the best
I have had.
The kitchenette and size of room was great. The bed was very comfortable bad back friendly. Keeping the room cool and warm was easy to do and a nice touch. I would diffidently stay again there should be more like this one.
