Zero.
The service.

Room was small.

Inexpensive, kitchenette, and was convenient to stores and UF.
No hair dryer, outdoor entrance to room, and the dark parking lot.

Glad I read the reviews before I came or I would have gone to work with wet hair. No hair dryers.

It has a nice little kitchen and was very clean, nice little recliner.
Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

In it's price range it was a good bargain, The room was clean, and the smoke free room was smoke free. However the hard bed was uncomfortable.

Size of the room.
Old furnishings.

It was OK for the event. Not really a long stay place for me as I would need more updated furnishing.

Really small television, hard bed, only two pillows, etc.

I could not imagine staying for an extended time at this hotel. The television is 10", the bed is hard as a rock, they only have two pillows in the room, the sheets and blanket are cheap and uncomfortable, the staff was not very helpful. The only reason this hotel gets guests is because of its proximity to the University of Florida. I will never stay there again. I suggest the Best Western Gateway, it is way nicer. read more

Staff was friendly even though could not put is in a non-smoking room - they sparayed it down.
Small, uncomfortable bed. Rough sheets, no hairdryer, were put in a smoking room even though were with a toddler and pregnant wife! Reeked like smoke.

Very basic amenities, does not have an ice machine, hair dryer, or even small shampoo bottle, beds were very uncomfortable with very rough sheets, pillows were very thin and we only got two in room despite being three people!

Dingy, uncomfortable beds, lousy linens.

One star. A Motel 6 with a kitchenette.
