The value is what I liked best about this hotel.
I did not like Monday day manager verbal abrasiveness.

For the price I paid, it was a very clean hotel and the staff in the front desk were amazing. Very helpful, friendly and accomodating.

I just had problems with my apartment with the A/C broken and they could not fix it immediately so I needed a place to stay. The staff were amazing, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The price was perfect for me and my budget for an emergency check in. A/C broke on a Thursday and I was not sure if they will be able to fix it immediately, so I made sure I had a cool place to stay for the weekend just in case the complex could not fix the A/C immediately. read more

They came in and stolid my food.

It was an average stay, although I stay in extended stay very often an have never had them remove part of my food. This was very bad, they also removed the internet code and tried to charge me a second time. The hotel felt more like motel 6 rather than extended stay America.

convenient to the place we needed to be; like a mini home; clean and new.

We were due to attend a meeting and church service that weekend in Stafford, TX. This was an unplanned trip so we had to make quick reservations. We were so relieved to find the hotel so convenient to our needs, clean, new, with a well equipped kitchen, Internet access, beautiful landscaping and a pleasant and helpful clerk who checked us in and out. We think this hotel is one of Texas' best kept secret. read more
