Not the managers, There sister hotel Homestead was much nicer and the staff was much more friendly.
The management staff I felt was very rude and did not try to serve there customers, I felt like they were paying for my room.

I don't think I would recommend this hotel to many people, On the other hand I would highly recommend the Homestead. Management was not great but they sometimes try to help there customers.

Front desk clerk.

The front desk clerk was rude and I wasn't allowed to check in until after 3:00 pm. I arrived to the hotel at 2:45 pm. and had to wait to official check-in time which I found absurd. I also asked for a room with two queen beds and was told there would be an additional fee of $10.00 to accommodate me. I am a frequent guest of The Extended Stay Hotel chains but I would not recommend the Torrance location if your looking for a nice and friendly accommodating staff. read more

No free wifi, too much spilled anti-smoke bomb odor.

Over all this hotel was good. Very clean, except for the heavy anti-smoke bomb odor, staff was good, and I would recommend it.

This hotel was good for the price that I paid.
The bathroom had traces of hair in it.

Overall, this hotel was good for the one night that I spent. The room was comfortable and relatively clean.

It had a kitchenette and they upgraded my room because they didn't have a room ready at time of check-in.
Some loud yelling and slamming of door.

Overall, Extended Stay is a comfortable and clean hotel.

Poor customer service.

Just not what I expected from their reputation. We arrived at the Extended Stay in Torrance, CA late night, turns out there's two. They were unable to give us directions on how to get to the other one. We finally arrive at the other one, they don't have our reservation on hold. After poor service at the counter, they assign us a room. We walk to the room, and there's already someone staying in it. Needless to say, we went back to the counter. We ask for one extra pillow because I have neck problems, they don't have a single extra pillow in the hotel. One of the light bulbs was out, and they wouldn't change it. They only offer cleaning services if you stay for 7 days or longer. On and on and on, for the 4 nights that we stayed it went on like this. I would not go back there. read more

Location is convenient, staff was nice.
Staff is at times so busy the phone isn't answered right away, but they are doing there best.

My stay was great. Staff was nice.
