Extended Stay America New Orleans - Metairie

A good price for a room with kitchen.

No room service in three days. Have to take both the garbage out and the bed sheets to the desk to get fresh ones.

Due to security at the airport, for the hotel not to have shampoo and conditioner, there for three days, room was not clean once. I due travel for business at least once a month.

The hotel was comfortable. It was not conveniently located to what we had planned to do, but we did not know that at the time. The room was very comfortable for us because of the kitchen and lounging chair. Bathroom was roomy too!

When we arrived they didn't have rooms available for us. So we had to go to another hotel near for the first night and I didn't like it. At the second night we returned to the hotel. It was a terrible experience.

I think Extended Stay America is a great hotel for business and families to have everything that they need for a long stay. The hotel was easily accessible and close to everything in the Greater New Orleans Area. For the price, this hotel was perfect and fulfilled our needs. I'd recommend this hotel to other families as a great place to stay. I'd also recommend that their star level be raised as I found they greatly exceeded my expectations for the star level that they are at. I can't wait to return! read more

The room was fine but the desk was never manned and they didn't carry the cordless phone so they could be reached. After sitting for 30 minutes once I ended up calling Corporate for ESA and they couldn't reach anyone either, including on their personal numbers. They also never had a room ready before 4 pm.

Great value for price and location.

The vent in the bathroom was filthy but the staff did clean it. I think the hotel needs to be sprayed for insects cause dead bugs were in the sink and I found a live baby lizard in the room. I really did not care for the pets.
