You should NEVER contact this hotel for people staying less than one week without noticing they won't get room maid service.

Nothing
It was in the ghetto, no shampoo, extremely hard bed, and it smelled.

Nothing well maybe good location.
Bugs in the room, felt unsafe, everything kind of dirty.

If this is what Priceline offers it makes me wonder if I should continue to use them. Poor poor representation of any business.

Clean, quiet, good location, high water pressure in shower.
Small TV not many channels, wi-fi was weak in this room.

Clean, quiet central location. I've stayed here many times and it is always good. In some rooms the Wi-Fi is weak as it was this time.

I could see my car from the guest room window.
Our room keys were mixed up with another guests on check-in, then didn't work at all the 2nd day.

The neighborhood on the back side of the hotel is very rough (streetwalkers, loiterers, homeless people), but the parking lot and lobby appear safe. The front desk clerks were disorganized (mixed up our keys with another guest's, invalidated our keys the 2nd night.) Trash and graffiti in the elevator, security guard patrolling the hallways. 2nd floor hallway window left open both nights we were there, making it an open invitation for an intruder. Extra fee to have towels and sheets changed or room cleaned - there's no way to know this before Priceline confirms the reservation. read more

Has kitchen.
Only one bed.

Clean and nice to have a kitchen so that you do not have to eat outside, especially when you are out for long and are tired of restaurant foods. But only one bed without the possibility to add a portable bed is discouraging for family travelers.

Great value for the price.

Minutes away from San Francisco at half the price.
