Close to restaurants.
Staff and smell.
The staff did not let us check in until 2 hours after our check in time. They never answered their phones. We had to replace our own towels. There was a dog in the room next door that would not stop barking. Our air conditioning was broken and they said they had no maintenance man on shift to fix it. The room smelled of cigarettes and feet. Sink water was light brown. Hotel staff was extremely rude. read more

Really nothing.
They charge me a second fee.
After being charged twice and telling them I was charged twice they made no afford to help me get my money back. After they told me they would call me back it took 5 days later and me going back to the motel and raising a fit then I got a helping hand. I never want to stay there again.

They did not have room service.
They don't have room service if you stay more than one night we stayed for 7 days and they never came up to give us fresh towels and toilet paper you have to go to the lobby and ask for it there are people checking in and you have to ask for toilet paper please. You call them up for anything and they really don't, try any harder to help you out.

the location
hundreds of ants in the bathroom and remote not working, even with new batteries
fantastic location. We had to switch rooms because there were ants all over the bathroom. Second room was fine, but the remote didnt work, even with new batteries. I wish it had a pool.
