Entrance patio was beautiful.

Location, kitchenette in room.
Heater/AC did not work, room smelled like mildew, bed was lumpy, and furniture/carpet were stained and dirty.

This property is attractive on the outside and filthy on the inside. If you like mildew smells, trash in the hallways, and are okay with not having control of the thermostat in a hotel room in 110 degree Palm Springs, then by all means stay here! The beds are horrible, too.

Excellent value, great airport location, nice upscale rooms.
Too far from downtown.

Of the 6 or so extended stay hotels I have stayed at this year from Philadelphia to Los Angles, the manager here was hands on extremely friendly and helpful.

The first night we didn't have air conditioning at all.

We were put in a room with no air conditioning the first night. The second night they found us another room.

Swimming pool with no Jacuzzi.

Overall its a great hotel. There was no gym and Jacuzzi available. When I checked in there was no toilet paper in the room.
