When we arrived there, we got the room keys but somebody was inside. Then we were given another key. When we opened the door, there were privacy stuffs inside. Finally, we were told the room was over booked although we bid it 2 weeks ago. So we have to be transfered to other chain-hotel by driving 15 minutes at night. I think the hotel has a bad management. Never go there.

Great service, very affordable, good location - just use your GPS.
None smoking room wasn't available, at the time.

Good location, easy to find, 15 minutes from Philadelphia's downtown (Just make sure to use your GPS System - helps a lot). Very friendly staff, easy check in, right price. Hotel has met my needs. There is a flat fee of $5 for the wireless internet for the whole stay. Rooms are outdated, not in a brand new condition, but everything was clean and worked. Small kitchen with a huge fridge, electric stove, microwave, sink, some of the flatware. Bottom line, it's not a 5 Michelin Star, but this place was worth the money. read more

There was nothing that I liked about this hotel.
More thought, energy and money could have been spent.

This hotel did not meet any of our expectations. We choose to switch our reservation to a sister hotel, which was a huge step up. I will choose never to stay at another Extended Stay again.

The kitchen and full sized fridge was very convenient.
I wish they would have provided a bottle of shampoo.

I thought the hotel was a great. Very convenient for local highways, restaurants and bars, etc. The kitchen and fridge was a nice plus.

Nothing good to say about this place.
Front desk clerks refused to check me in.

Most rude front desk staff I have ever encountered. When I tried to check in no one would come to the desk tho they were clearly in their laundry room behind the front desk debating over whether or not they would come to the desk. Dirty, dark hotel.
