Spacious.
Old and
worn out sheets.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I liked the fully equipped kitchen.

Absolutely nothing.
No maid service, no food, take out your own garbage.
I have never stayed at an Extended Stay so maybe I expected to much. I will never stay at one again. They don't even do wake up calls, no maid service. You have to take your towels down to the front desk to get new ones. You take out your own garbage. You have to go down to the front desk to get toilet paper and soap. It really is not worth the
money. Just a terrible experience. read more

Homey, comfortable, nicely laid out room with a small kitchen and refrigerator.
There was no house keeping services for our room for the length of time we stayed.
I enjoyed my stay and would stay again but I would bring my own shampoo, pillows and personal items normally offered in regular hotels.

Location.
Don't clean the rooms during stay - must go to office for towels.
It was convenient to many attractions (I was there for baseballs Spring Training). Liked the kitchenette feature (although didn't cook - but good to have). I would stay again.

This hotel does not provide fresh linens or maid service it staying 3 days. If you want fresh towels you need to go to the front desk.

Room and staff were above expectations.
I had a great experience after being skeptical from on-line comments. Staff, were outstanding in their service. Room was all I expected. I am used to time shares, so the limited room service was not a problem. My one concern was a misunderstanding of long distance phone call service and while I learned never to use the room phones again, it soured me from returning to your hotel again next year for my spring training trip, as I don't appreciate. Too bad as it spoiled an otherwise excellent experience. I hope this can be passed on to the hotel chain. read more

It was located near lots of shopping and dining.
Extended Stay hotels are very consistent with cleanliness. You know what you're getting and so far I have not been disappointed. This location was perfect - within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants and stores.

Close to lots of good dining options.
Rooms were a little dirty. Needed to be updated.
Room was large with a good desk area. Kitchen area very nice for longer stays. Room was old and needed to be updated. Carpet had a couple of bad stains. Overall very good for the money.
