Comfortable and friendly.

Its a good hotel, relaxing, and everything you need to live. Extended Stays are good hotels and very well run.

Kitchen facilities were very handy.
Bed was hard, room did not have maid service and was poorly kept when we checked in. Elevator was not working and we were on the 2nd floor.

No maid service. After returning from a show to a room where the bed was not made and the trash was not dumped we were not to happy. Had to run our own errands to secure more towels and soap.

Nice quiet but computer and make your own food snack friendly.
Difficult to see sign for hotel from street-very small and not lighted well.

Comfortable, private but user friendly for a bit of computer work while heating water for tea on the strove and making popcorn in the microwave-dishes provided. Nice to have a fridge too. this would be a great place for a several day stay.

Great staff, clean, quiet, safe, nice location, the room was like a little apartment with dishes, coffee pot, coffee, iron and board.
It was hard to find, the sign was a tiny little yard marker.

I like this little hotel and I've made reservations to go back. It was quiet and clean. There was a little pond with ducks and places to BBQ outside. The room came with dishes, cups, coffee pot, stove top, microwave, fridge, table chairs, iron like a little apartment. The staff was so nice when we locked ourselves out of our room at 2 am too! It was probably the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in and I was there a holiday weekend. read more

Having a kitchen was nice.
Upon our arrival, there was a blood smear on the toilet, hairs in the tub and the microwave was dirty.

Once we did a bit of our own cleaning, it was a nice stay.

The price was reasonable.
It has no real amenities.

Their was no maid service, the entire stay.

I probably pick the wrong type of hotel for what I was used to. Maybe a star 2,3 would be much better for me.

For a dirty room it didn't stink much
poor bed, no shampoo, $5 internet, no food, little tv

If you are sweating in the hot sun each day you will enjoy coming back to your room and cooking your own dinner. Hopefully you will be tired enough to skip the tiny TV and the few channels and fall right onto the bed and not fuss about comfort. This is a rough and ready place for folks who don't need much and want their own space.
