I liked the layout of the room and how close it was to restaurants.
It was very loud.
Very good price through Priceline. Everything was nice and clean but also nothing special.

A clean room at a good price.
Lobby was locked.
The lobby was locked according to the sign "after dark" we had to use the phone to get our room. We arrived at about 8:30pm on a Sat night. However; the lobby was also locked when we checked out at 9:30 Sunday morning. This made us feel unsafe. I've been to Rancho Cordova many times, I know it's all going to be all that, but it still came as a surprise.

Absolutely nothing. The rooms were dirty. The refrigerator was dirty inside. My room was missing a TV.
The rooms were dirty. Not non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke. The room was missing a TV.
The front desk clerk was friendly, but the first room I was checked into was dirty and missing a TV. The second room I was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like cigarettes. Both rooms were on the second floor of which there was no elevator available. I was so tempted to just sleep in my car.

The motel room had a kitchenette and low price, this is the only plus.
The room was still dirty, the previous guests garbage was on the counter, long black hairs on the shower curtains, bobby pins by the bed, etc.
This hotel should not even be a 1, at least keep a clean hotel room, this is a motel
I would never recommend any one to this dirty hotel.

The only thing
I liked is that it had a kitchen.
Worse customer service ever!
Worst customer service ever! I would never go back there. Did not accommodate for handicap which was my grandmother. Did not have shampoo or conditioner in the room. No toaster. Maid knocked on the door early morning for housekeeping even though it said do not disturb sign outside. When we asked the maid for shampoo and soap the maid said ''I don't have it, the manager kept it" What kind of service is that did not give us a map to find the hotel room so we were spending 30 minutes looking for the place. I went to the Extended stay in Oregan and it was so much better. They were polite attended to us and gave us a room next to the elevator. Accommodated us to the best of our needs. This should not be 2 stars only 1. Sorry. read more

Overall clean room, bathroom and complimentary coffee.
Bed hard and unable to tune channel on TV that wasn't scrambled.
Overall hotel was average. Staff was very nice and helpful with directions to where I was headed. Made copy of directions for me that made trip easier for me from map-quest.
