Extended Stay America Seattle - Tukwila

It was alright if your only sleeping there. Has nothing more to offer than sleep.

Convenient, comfortable and clean, but too bad no food service!

It was good for the price we paid and close to dining and light rail!

This is a great place to stay for travelers who aren't looking for much more than a place to sleep for a couple of days. It is nice that there is a full kitchenette in the room for those travelers that need to stay longer. For the money, I would definitely stay there again. The staff was friendly, but if you get there after 11, you have to use a phone on the wall to call I don't know where, and those people call the staff that are working so that you can check in to the hotel. Safety lock was minimal, the mattress pad was thin and sheet/blankets very minimal. Front desk service was friendly.

Our room key did not work. We both went down to get different key and the staff had to open door with a regular key because there was no other keys. It was cold standing outside we just went into that room. We were offered a different room but all of our things were already outside of this room and we did not want to have to go back down to the desk. When we got into the room the TV remote did not work and since I do not own a credit card, the telephone was turned off so we would have to use our cell phones to call the desk. The room felt and looked very insanities, old, unsafe I felt very uncomfortable, the front desk person was not welcoming, room was very cold & dirty.

Hotel was very clean, very simple. Excellent access from I-5. Ramp onto I-5 North was nearby, but had to sit just right in the lane for the sensor to trigger and give me a green. The room was spotless, except for having forgotten to give me the Extended Stay America dish soap, but when I asked, they gladly gave me an extra few packets for having come down and asked. The desk guy looked tired, but was very helpful regardless. And, really, that's the measure of good staff, when they gave give you a great customer service experience while they are in desperate need of sleep. read more

Excellent staff - very friendly and extremely helpful. I was hundreds of miles from home and was treated like an honored guest. Awesome - would love to take my family the next time.
