Extended Stay America Tacoma - Fife

I recommend this hotel. Great location, easy/free parking, clean room/amenities, nice stove/fridge and kitchen equipment to prepare meals in house, quiet rooms, all good.

They wanted to charge us more for double beds but they reconsidered and waived the fee. The room then assigned to us was not cleaned after the last guest. The room we finally got had beds that were made but looks used under the sheets. The beds squeeked so badly and the mattresses were too firm.

Everything was quite nice and appeared clean, beds were OK comfortable for a night or two, there was nothing fancy but I didn't expect anything at the low price.

Hotel not traveler friendly. Lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. Room smelled as well. No amenities. Rooms were not attractive. No pool. Bed was rock-hard with two very flat pillows, towels were old and thin.

Very unhelpful as no extra pillows available,no wake up call, no fan or shampoo in bathroom, small TV, very uncomfortable mattress and not great area as people hanging around outside. Wouldn't even extend one more night as I needed. Instead booked a different hotel and was pleased.

This hotel met our expectations and more. The hotel lobby, hallways and rooms were very clean. There was a laundry room which was convenient although we did not use it.
