It was convenient.
I could have used a change of Towels mid-week.

Good for travelers, but a little slight on personal service. I would return, not a bad place.

The cleanliness and availability of staff was poor.

Was good for the price, but I would be very reluctant to stay again. Not as nice as other ESA hotels that I have used.

It had a mini kitchenette which was a major asset.
The staff was not that willing to help and had to be called numerous times.

It is clean, safe and the staff is friendly.
The beds were hard.

This hotel is perfect for families traveling with children who need to save money on meals. The kitchen is great, though you may have to bring your own cooking utensils and maybe paper plates. Be sure to bring dish washing liquid to clean up after yourself. All in all, a great place.

It is a nice, comfortable and clean place to stay.

It was a mini apartment. Great!
They need larger pots and an ice machine.

It is a great place to stay. It saved me around $40.00 from eating out. Anything I wanted to do from shopping to public transportation was at my finger tip. Loved it!

I was given poor service from check-in to check-out. My room was not ready, I had to pay for accommodations that were previously requested, I had money stolen from my room, and my room was ice cold, the microwave was dirty, the freezer had a mold smell and look, and the covers were dirty.
