The staff was very accommodating and efficient to answer inquiries.

It was very clean and the location was walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. The full sized refrigerator, microwave and set of dishes were very handy.

The Receptionist was friendly!
All rooms are smoking rooms (if told they're not). Receptionist gave me a key for an occupied room (room was a mess, but luckily no one there).

The priceline price. The location.
I had to move rooms because the air did not work. Second room, toilet ran all night long.

It was just OK. After unpacking, we turned up the air and left for several hours to see the area. Upon returning we realized that the air did not work and the room was still very hot. We were given another room on a different floor, but there was no one available to help move the luggage and we had a lot of it. My husband is handicapped and I could have used a hand, and did ask for one, but no one was available. The second room was fine except that every 20 min. or so the toilet would run with a big load gush of pressure for a bout 60 seconds. It was annoying but I didn't want to change rooms again. The staff was nice, The place was OK, I think that they need a bit better maintenance. I was happy with the Priceline price. read more

Overall value.
When the refrigerator turned on and off, the room would shake.

The hotel is fine for people comfortable in an environment of corporate campuses where you have to drive everywhere, because there are few sidewalks and no crossing lines on the roads. Best to bring your own shampoo.
