Price was good. Room is adequate, not overly neat. Great staff.
We were given a smoking room at first and were offered a non smoking room. Were not asked up front about it. New room better, could be neater.

The hotel rooms had a nice kitchenette in them.
The breakfast was not good and the rooms stunk.

This might be a great hotel for someone who is on business and wants a kitchenette but it did not have daily changing of the towels sheets or any house cleaning for your time their. This beds were not too comfortable and the bathroom was small.

Very clean with a few upgrades in decor. Very friendly staff.

The room was large and comfortable. Everything was new and in working order. I would have been comfortable staying there for weeks on business if I needed to. Extremely helpful and accommodating staff. I spoke to (either in person or on the phone) at least 4 different people and everyone was as nice as the last one. Consistent and quality service is truly rare - and I found it here. read more

Noise from I-85 that was just outside window; bathroom a little small.

Overall great for business traveler, clean room and small kitchen in room. Good size room, wireless in room, nice continental breakfast, staff was friendly and helpful with maintenance issues. Public areas were clean. I am a non-smoker and the room did not have any smoke smells. I liked the vinyl flooring in most of the room and only carpet in bed area.

My non - smoking floor smelled a little like smoke.

Overall it was an excellent. The room was very nice and clean. The hallway on my non-smoking floor smelled a bit like smoke but it wasn't unbearable.

Its very close to the interstate, and within walking distance of the Gwinnett Place mall.
The heat didn't work in my room, and there was no response when I mentioned my dissatisfaction upon checkout.

Overall, a great place to stay, very clean rooms, have a fridge, microwave, and two burner table stove with sink, also comes with LCD TV, many restaurants nearby and close to #85 expressway. Overall I was very impressed and would stay here again.

The hotel met me and my husband needs as wheel chair bound individual but the bed had been quite small.
