Extended Stay Deluxe Austin - North Central

Worst stay,booked for 2 nights but left in one night as room was full of allergies, bathroom was dirty and without any shampoo, kitchen was empty not even coffee.

This hotel is located in a very bad part of town. Every night there a car was broken in to. My window was smashed in on the second night. The locals know about this, but it wasn't brought to my attention until I was the victim. I would not stay there again.

This hotel is more than what you would normally get with a 2 star. You have a full service kitchen and a large queen size bed (and pull out couch bed). The outside of the rooms needs work. Lots of unfinished walls and old carpeting. The bathroom in the room is old and nasty.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When our toilet overflowed from the back tank, we were told to shut off the water. I asked when they would be able to come fix it they told me they could not. I asked why not, and they said they didn't have a repair guy at the hotel, and the one they used wasn't answering his phone. So we were unable to use the toilet. Also we got stuck in the elevator for about 45 minutes while they had to call someone to come get us out. Broken toilets, elevators, dirty rooms, smelly hallways.. I did not like this hotel. Our room had stains on the carpet, paint chipping off the cabinets, and the couch looked like a cat had scratched it. The TV looked as though it had been dropped. I would have rather paid full price for a nice hotel than get a good rate on this one.

I requested a non-smoking room, I got a smoking room. I asked to be moved and was told for my inconvenience they were moving me into a bigger, nicer room. The room was non-smoking however it was the same as the original room I had. There were stains all over the carpet and sofa. There was hair in the bed, it was horrible. The next morning I was looking for a trash can and I opened a cabinet only to find a bunch of trash from previous travelers. I was disgusted! I was so mad, that I didn't even speak to the hotel staff. I just got out of there as soon as I could. read more

This hotel has a HORRIBLE cleaning and maintenance staff. We tried 3 rooms before finally settling for one that had no lightbulb in the lamp and stunk horribly. Went to the local WalMart to buy Febreeze to make the room smell better. Only queen size beds available, the rooms are worn out and run down. The first 2 rooms were unclean with coffee still in the pot, terrible stains on the counters, cigarette burns, stains in the carpeting, no batteries in the TV remotes, THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!!!
