The location was perfect for my needs.
Weekends - no maid service. Garbage cans left full on 3rd floor by elevator from Fri to Sun night.

Was adequate for our needs. Could have more towels in room. overall a good value. Disappointed --pool closed.

Friendly and helpful front desk, very clean.
Some areas strong smoke smell, non smoking rooms next to smoking ones, also continental breakfast only had beverages and bagels no other choice.

Would definitely stay there again. Front desk was helpful and kind. She kept disorderly persons by pool in line. Appeared very clean except for the smoke smells in some hallways and rooms being non-smoking next to smoking rooms defeats the purpose. Rooms were nicely done and enough room to move about.

The hotel was clean and well kept.
The room was a little small with the couch unfolded and the cleaner small stuck in the hallway.

For the minimal amount of time we spent at the hotel (just sleeping) it was fine for our needs. The bagels and fruit were an unexpected surprise.

The beds were soft and comfy.
When calling the desk for a coffee bun she suggested we come to the lobby for coffee.

I
would go back to this hotel any time for business or leisure. The beds are comfy, people were friendly and the rooms are clean. One room would easily sleep four or five people. We wanted to stay longer but had to travel on.

Accessibility of hotel to hospital where my husband was having an operation.

Friendly staff, room was very clean and quiet, appliances looked good, although I did not cook, etc. Room had HBO.
