Apartment-like in size and space.
Smelly elevator.

Great quality for the value. This is a no frills hotel that provides a great living area and good nights sleep all in one apartment sized room. Did not like the smelly elevator though. Other than that, I would stay here again.

Clean, helpful staff convient location.
No hand soap for kitchen area.

Although it stated Internet access this is an additional purchase.

The location was very close to my family.
I grew up in the area. In fact used to play in the woods near the hotel.

This hotel is convenient to I90. It is clean, but the public areas feel a little spartan. The room was comfortable. Could have used a shower cap in the shower.

Allowed pets, close to facilities visiting.
Saturday morning staff was
very rude.

For a extended stay the room was not very well equipped for more than one person. Only 5 hangers in the closet. Heat/Air unit right next to bed very loud, made it hard to watch the TV which was in the other room. TV should be on a wall mount to swivel into the bedroom area or lounge area. Cooked on pans in the oven never cleaned.

Clean, convenient and economical.
Needs better mattress.

Great for the money, if you are looking for a place to stay for 3 days or longer this is it. Convenient to I-90, Cleveland Airport and the Cleveland metro.

Good location, clean, kitchen facilities.
Did not have maintenance staff available over the weekend and service was needed.

Good location, clean room. Service was okay, but limited. No coffee or breakfast on weekends.
