Good location, easy access to highway.
Too much noise inside room, AC unit, refrigerator noise, etc.

It's an ok hotel. But there is too much noise inside the room. The AC unit and refrigerator is a bit noisy. Also, the room is not dark. Too many little glowing LEDS inside the room. The main on/off switches had these bright, lamps inside the switches.

No indoor pool.

This hotel was very nice. It was good to have free internet in the lobby.

No complaints.

We had a small group to stay for a night before catching an early morning flight out of RDU. I cannot say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff, from the management and front desk to the airport shuttle driver. The rooms were very nice. The location felt very safe. The hotel was conveniently located to area restaurants, stores, and the airport. On our return to Raleigh, the shuttle was waiting on us with no delay. This was a great experience. read more

There was nothing I liked about this hotel.
Unfriendly, dumb staff.

The hotel is moderately clean, Spartan, the staff is typical and untrained who are too busy to deal with guests. It was not a good experience.

Personnel alerted me to an unknown male person attempting to come to my room.
I didn't like my room at the end of the hall by the back entrance.

I do like this hotel that is centrally located to all destinations needed when visiting the state of NC.

It was a little far from Downtown areas - we had to drive pretty much everywhere.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, there was an exercise room, pool continental breakfast. It is not really close by anything, but if you don't mind driving, that doesn't matter much. There is also a fully equipped kitchen in each room, which is a plus if you're staying there longer and/or want to save money from eating out.
