I loved everything about this place!
There was nothing that made this hotel a bad choice.
A full kitchen with a dish washer. My room had a king size bed, couch and a really nice leather recliner. A nice size swimming pool with hot tub. Very friendly hotel staff.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Furniture quality was durable without charm.
Decently new hotel building that overshadowed the pool - leaving it somewhat sunless. People were friendly. Ask for more towels when you walk in (soap too). Oh and the tv wouldn't turn on without the remote which was weird.

Close to reliant stadium.
Freaky people, room not cleaned during our 2 nights.
Great location for a Texans game. Had a kitchen with one pan and a knife for silverware. Toilet ran the whole time there. Staff was ambivalent to any needs. Freaky people in the hotel. Lots of freaky people.

Walking distance of Reliant Stadium.
Kind of
run down.
Very safe location. Staff was friendly. Lobby is not open 24 hours. Walking distance to Reliant stadium, Fiesta (grocery store), and several restaurants. Had a DVD player.

Full kitchen is nice. Staff was friendly. Location is nice.
Located right next to the Reliant Stadium and Astrodome. Grocery store across the street as well which is nice since they have full kitchens in the rooms. Rooms are almost like apartments really. Very nice hotel.

The front desk was nice and tried their best to help.
Quality of room and internet policy.
We had to change our room 3 times due to bad smells and cleanliness of the rooms. A 5 dollar charge to get wireless access was ridiculous especially when the signal was too weak to reach our first room. I will definitely not
stay at
this hotel again.

The kitchen space and facility are great.
The room needs to be cleaned more often.
We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel, which is quite, spacious, and close to the medical center.

Dirty and run-down hotel.
Upon arriving at this hotel at 11:15 PM, I had to knock on the door to be buzzed into the lobby. Luckily I had called just 20 minutes prior, because the hotel apparently doesn't allow check-ins past 11:00, when the guest service personnel leave for the night. Upon arriving from a 14-hour drive, checking in, parking our car, and bringing our luggage into the building, the front desk person had already left (she was only waiting for us to check in). We got to the elevator only to find it was out-of-service, so we had to walk to the end of the long hall to the fire stairwell to get to our second-floor room. I'm only glad we weren't on the 4th floor! Upon entering our room, it smelled musty, the AC was non-functional (we later found a note that said it had been pre-configured to only one setting to conserve energy, but we would need to contact guest services to have it altered.). The bedding was dirty/filthy, my wife actually slept in her clothes and laid a clean towel over the top of the pillow. It was too late to change rooms because no one was available at the front desk to answer our angry calls. I don't imagine any other room would have been better, given the overall condition of the common areas. Our bathroom was moldy. The floors were dirty, both in the room and throughout the hotel. The hallways and common areas were atrocious. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else regardless of price, and this was a terrible experience. read more

It was set up very nice.
Air condition didn't work but they did put us in another room.
The air didn't work and we had to move to another room, that was kind of aggravating but I'm just glad they had another room.

I really like the size of the rooms and they have an oven in addition to the standard kitchenette.
It has a tendency recently to fall short of basic cleanliness and maintenance standards I have experienced at extended stay hotels.
The basic maintenance is falling. The inside of the elevator smelled awful when I arrived. There was standing water in one of the washers. That was still there when I left. The inside of the dryers are rusted so much, so that I was afraid to dry my whites inside. There was hair in my bathtub when I arrived that was not mine. The floor in the bathroom and the kitchen was dirty especially around the perimeters. The comforter had stains on it and I requested and received a fresh one. I had questioned a young woman at the front desk, the morning of the second day of my stay, with regards to why the housekeeping staff was knocking on my door at 11 am when I had two more days. When I asked her name she refused to give it to me. I have photos that will show my complaints to be genuine. read more
