It was clean and comfortable to be in.
Bed was hard and not enough dishes.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was and how friendly the staff was. I wish the bed was more comfortable, and there were more dishes to use. The TV had terrible channels as well, but was not there to watch TV.

The staff went to special lengths to make sure my room was just perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that a hot breakfast was served as well as a late afternoon snack. This hotel exceeded my expectations.

Room was stinking, bed sheets were dirty and smelly.

Bathroom was very smelly. There was a distinct Toilet smell everywhere as soon as I entered. Room AC was not working. Very first experience in a hotel (My cream was stolen from the room). When I asked to change the room to the attendant, not very supportive and was a mess. Had booked till Friday but had to book another hotel leaving this in between.
