It was close to our destination, close to mall and close to metro station within driving distance. Great stay!
Pool was a bit small, but loved the fact they had a lifeguard. Never been to a hotel that offered this. Also, would have loved small fridge and microwave.

The hotel was clean and the rooms nice. The staff was great. Very attentive. Easy to get to many places. Loved the ease of getting to mall. Only wished they had a fridge and a small microwave in room - it makes it more economical when on a longer vacation, as you can heat up restaurant leftovers, etc. instead of throwing them away and also have breakfast and snacks in room when tired and don't want to go out. Did not like the fact this was not offered. Overall, the hotel was great and staff was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay! read more

The lengthy walk from elevator to room.

A very comfortable, clean up-scale, safe environment and adjacent to large shopping center. Very comfortable beds and linens.

Room was very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Mall next door, good choice in dining nearby.

Our next door neighbor was very loud - hotel staff came twice to get them quiet.

The hotel was excellent, very clean, and quiet and offering everything we needed.

Wonderful experience. From the front desk to the room, to the supplemental facilities, it was an A+ stay. If we find ourselves in the area again we would not hesitate to stay at this hotel.

TV reception poor.

Very clean, quiet, non smoking hotel with good amenities and very great location (Fair Oaks mall). The staff is friendly & helpful.
