Pleasant staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast.
It was hairy. There were 3 hairs in my room to greet me.

The young lady at the front desk was very polite and professional, as was the housekeeper I spoke with in the hall. My biggest concern was there were 3 hairs stuck to the wall in the bathroom when we arrived. Plus there was a film of hair floating on top of the pool.

Buffet breakfast was lacking.

Convenient and easy to get to near the highway. Lack of restaurant and restaurants nearby. Did not get a map of the area to locate anything. Better have car equipped with a GPS navigation system.

Bathroom could have been just a little cleaner, but overall not bad.

Rooms were clean and new-did not have a stale, moldy smell I find in a lot of hotels. Staff was really friendly. Fresh baked cookies on arrival and a nice continental breakfast. Fitness center was really clean. Really great visit overall. The bathroom could have been cleaner. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff at front desk. Comfortable beds. Really nice complimentary breakfast. All around good experience!

Ice machine only on first floor.

Great place to stay, will definetely go back and very convenient as it is right across from
Suny Albany campus.
