First room wasn't right, they moved us right away.
Room was right next to elevators so noise level, but we were warned by staff ahead of time.

Excellent for business travelers.

Very close to the 57 freeway which gives you access to all of southern Cal's attractions. Quite, safe neighborhood.

It was clean, had great service and free breakfast.
It is a little far from Disneyland.

This hotel was a great value. They had great customer service and it provided a decent breakfast of bagels, muffins, donuts, oatmeal and more. The bed wasn't super comfortable but decent. The room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer and of course TV. The hotel also had a coin-op laundry facility, workout room and pool. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Having been security staff for 3 years at the Sheraton Anchorage Hotel (then a 5 star rated hotel) I know what goes into hotel operations. The rooms were nearly immaculate, the staff (all the staff!) were friendly, professional, and more than anxious to assist any guest at any hour of the day. I have paid more than 3x the rate and gotten less than half the experience. If this were next door to the Disneyland resort it would be heaven but you couldn't afford it! It actually seems to rival the Disneyland staff in service and this is coming from a DL addict! read more
