This hotel was the same quality of some 3 star hotels ive stayed. definately recomend it to all.

I had my mom in a wheelchair also and the staff was very helpful.
I loved everything.

Staff was friendly and lots of smiles. The morning breakfast lady was so awesome and helpful since I had a child and my mother in a wheelchair, and not enough arms and hands to do it all. The housekeeper was so friendly and fast. The desk manager was friendly and very helpful. I would love to stay there again in the near future.

Pool was close to the room.
Carpet was extremely dirty, socks or feet would be dirty immediately.

Room was small, shower leaked and carpets were very dirty. Breakfast was good; pool and lobby were kept clean. Staff was eager to help with directions to attractions.

Went from having two beds to trying to give me a king.

They said they over booked so they tried to stick me with a king for the second niter ! Not cool with four people in my party !

The staff was very courteous. I did not hear my neighbors at all!
I have nothing negative to say.

I traveled with my husband and 10 month old twins. We were at the end of the 3rd floor and used the stairs. There is an elevator on the front center of the building. Anyway, there was ample parking and a pool and so forth. We never heard a peep from our neighbors. The beds and linens were comparable to a 5 star hotel. Even though we were only there one night, I actually use the fridge. I highly recommend this hotel. read more
