Refrigerator, workout room and friendly staff.

Great experience for the value. Amenities were awesome at a price lower than the other hotels in the World Arena Hotel Cluster. I would recommend it to anyone looking for something.

Excellent customer service always - I've stayed there frequently.
It would be great if they had more hot breakfast foods; i.e. scrambled eggs.

I've stayed at this hotel approximately 6 times over the past year because my 1st experience there was so good. The customer service is always wonderful. The people are friendly. It's very clean. It's conveniently located near lots of restaurants and stores, the beautiful Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and Shrine of the Sun, to I25, downtown, and the airport.
