The beds used Simmons beauty rest plush mattresses, Very comfortable also four pillows with each bed, didn't want to get up in the morning.
Rooms were decorated in shades of green, not the most attractive but very clean and classy.

Motel wasn't hard to find and in a good, quiet neighborhood. Front desk was helpful with checking in and questions. Even had an elevator to get to third floor which I requested because I didn't want to hear people walking around above us and got a end room as requested for general quietness. The room was clean and everything worked great. The heater/AC unit worked perfect and provided just the right amount of white noise to keep me from complaining about any noise. The beds felt brand new and were Simmons beauty rest and I am considering buying one for myself as I really liked the mattress, not to cushiony, not too firm. The continental breakfast was good with things like cereal, oatmeal, bagels, fruit and yogurt. The place was surrounded by upscale businesses and when leaving a housekeeper held the door for me so I could get all my stuff to my car. Overall I would give the Inn 9 out of 10 stars and would gladly stay there next time I'm in Dallas. read more

Staff was so helpful! Rooms were very cute!

This hotel was in a beautiful neighborhood, was styled very nice, was clean, and the staff was amazing. I loved staying there and suggest all to try it!

The night manager was outstanding! A hockey team was staying the same night as us and he was terrific with the kids.

The hotel was a normal nice hotel. Clean and neat, nothing special. The staff on the other hand was out of this world! I traveled with five teenage girls and the staff was so very sweet to them as well as being very helpful. We needed help finding dinner and the restaurant they recommended was outstanding. The mall was wonderful too.

Overall, great place to stay. Well worth the money.
Nothing really.

The hotel was top notch. Very clean. Attentive staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was very good. Would stay here again.

I liked the fact that their staff was very friendly and willing to get you whatever it was that you needed.

My husband and I where looking for a hotel in a nice area we could stay at with our six week old baby for the weekend. This hotel was very clean and also in a great area that was close to restaurants and shopping. The staff there was extremely friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. I would definitely go back to stay here and would recommend the hotel to a friend. read more

The decor is very cheerful and comfortable.
Can't obtain a receipt of credit card charges easily, can you help?

I enjoyed everything regarding this hotel except one thing. I had to catch a 6 a.m. Flight and could not find any staff members to assist me in obtaining a receipt of credit card charges. If I am unable to produce a receipt to be reimbursed by my company, I will be expected to pay the bill.
