Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms.

Being unfamiliar with Jackson, I was startled by the number of negative hotel reviews in all parts of the city. This hotel had average ratings so I gave it a try. It is in Northern Jackson which is very business and restaurant oriented. This hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly. Rooms had dehumidifiers in addition to the AC, a plus. For a moderately priced hotel, I highly recommend the Fairfield Inn in Jackson. read more

Could not find the address of the hotel on my Garmin.

An excellent place to stay. The breakfast surpassed our expectations, and the rooms were very comfortable.

Not a fan of indoor pools.

This was a great hotel to stay in. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Southern hospitality isn't a myth - its real with these people. The continental breakfast was great and with two teenagers it's an affordable way to start the day. The room was clean and comfortable. Of the three hotels we stayed in on our trip this was by far the best.

I found nothing negative.

This hotel well above my expectations. The rooms were very nice and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was clean and very warm, which I like for relaxing at the end of the day. The breakfast was good and the nice lady running the breakfast room treated you like you were one of her own children. I travel to Jackson often for business and this place has been my favorite. read more
