The staff was the friendliest I have seen in a very long time...every single staff member was so pleasant.
The bathroom, especially the sink area, was very small. There was no refrigerator or microwave.

Our stay at the Fairfield Inn by Marriot in Merrilville met our expectations for a stay during our short visit to a wedding in Chicago. We will remember the good breakfast and mostly the extremely helpful staff members.

They were the friendliest staff I have ever had at a hotel. Everyone we had contact with was very friendly and cheerful.

This hotel was very clean and friendly. The Priceline price I got was well worth the value. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was good and the staff working the breakfast room was very helpful and friendly. Good for any kind of traveler.

Location was the only thing.
Front desk was not friendly or willing to talk with us about accommodations.

Found dirty room and front desk did not try to meet our needs. We called them at 9:30 that morning and was told we could change our 2 rooms from 2 kings to 2 doubles when checked in and that did not happen nor did they want to work with us.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was a little smaller than most hotels.

The hotel was in a good location near the highway, the staff was very friendly, they helped me with directions around the city and they remembered my name and every time they saw me they always said hello and smiled. The rooms were clean and decent size, however the bathrooms were a little smaller than most hotels.

The staff were all very helpful, warm and friendly.
The room was small, but adequate, we were told it would be a king size bed, but it was a queen.

We were very happy with the staff, the bed was very comfortable, it was a quiet hotel even though they were full with two different groups. The free breakfast had a great variety and fresh.
