Hotel was in final stages of rennovation. Very nice and clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast area and choices very good.

Indoor pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect!
They were renovating but were courteous about it.

This was a very clean hotel even through renovation. All staff was courteous, and the indoor pool and hot tub were excellent. The hotel was family oriented but also very appropriate for business travelers. There was not a restaurant, but the homemade waffles on the continental breakfast were great. I will definitely stay there again anytime.

It was a place to sleep.
Tooth paste in sink, staff was horrible!

Its chain of hotels has become bottom dweller in this industry. Poor cleanliness, rude staff, poorly trained staff, complacent management. I will not stay in a Marriott hotel again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and good location.
Ice machine was broken.

The Fairfield Inn Midland has a great location and a very friendly staff. The breakfast in the morning was good and had some variety. I didn't use the pool but the kids at the hotel were really enjoying it. I will definitely stay there next year on our annual trip to Midland.

The beds were nice, fluffy and clean.

The beds were very comfortable and fluffy, the room was clean. The breakfast dining area is very big and spacious. My children enjoyed swimming in the pool.

The comfortable beds and nice clean covers.
The renovations that were taking place and the fact that there was never anyone at the front desk.

It was nice for the price. I think they may have had water damage or something because we had to dodge blowers in the halls and some of the ceiling covers were off. The pool and sauna was nice, but there was never anyone standing behind the front desk.
