The proximity to restaurants and just enough distance away from the downtown area.
Bath leaked water, they should have a towel re-use program in place.

Great experience at hotel, staff was very friendly, continental breakfast was reasonable and I loved the location of the hotel. Plenty of places to eat nearby and still close enough to Downtown.

Great location, on the light rail line.
No restaurant.

I had to do business with a state agency, which was with walking distance. So that was great. The room was very clean. The new light rail system in easy to use and I did not need to use a car during my visit.
