Friendly staff. Very close to Market area. Not too far from downtown.

Basic family friendly hotel. Great upkeep in the complementary breakfast area. Staff is on hand to constantly refresh and clean up breakfast bar. Very friendly front desk staff.

The staff was, hands down, the most friendly and helpful of any hotel.
The lobby was smaller than I expected.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and sufficient for what we needed. It would have been nice to be closer to the River Walk, but since it was a short drive there, it wasn't that big of a deal. I just wanted to say again how much I appreciated the attitude of every member of the staff that I came in contact with. They went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. read more

Everyone was nice and helpful. The room was clean and presentable. Only one ice machine was on the first floor. The hotel itself was acceptable.
