All staff people were extremely friendly, the rooms were fresh and clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable.

I hated the beds. I've stayed in the past because of the pillow top like mattresses but they're different.

I need a bed with nice mattresses. I can stay at another hotel for half the price with the same type mattresses.

The bed was neat, clean and comfortable with crisp sheets.
It was nice. No complaints.

The Fairfield Inn was clean, smoke-free and more than adequate for our traveling needs.

Beds were comfortable and location was convenient.
Staff was not accommodating at all. Very disappointed with the service.

This hotel is located conveniently near the airport, but around several restaurants and a few entertainment spots. Beds are extremely comfortable, facilities are clean. Staff is not helpful or friendly, insisting on my wife and me staying in a room with two queen beds instead of a room with a king bed for our anniversary, even though rooms were available.

Too noisy.

The lady in the room next to me attempted suicide. I had 3 EMTs and 3 police officers outside my room, along with the woman's screaming family members. The hotel refused to move me to another room without charging me for a new room, and I was provided no compensation for my inability to sleep in such a chaotic environment.
