Breakfast area and selections were very good.
The room was small and smelled of disinfectant.

The Fairfield Inn by Marriott is a convenient hotel to stay when visiting Ann Arbor. The lobby is well lit and comfortable, and the hotel is clean. The room we stayed in had a single queen bed and not much room for anything else. It may be a small thing to pick on, but the towels were thin and rough--apparently they were not upgraded when the hotel was recently renovated. The pool was a nice extra. The staff were all friendly and welcoming--they seemed to enjoy their jobs which is always a sign of good management. All in all a pleasant hotel and a good value for the area. read more

Fantastic free breakfast!

This is a great hotel in a great location. The free continental breakfast included making your own waffles, hard boiled eggs, a Bob Evans sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, in addition to the other typical continental items!

This is a clean friendly hotel that had a great continental breakfast. Had business center with computer.

We felt the room was beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was magnificient.

Front desk staff.
Had money stolen from my room.

The location is central to Ann Arbor and the staff at front desk was responsive to problems. Between getting money stolen in my room, food going bad because refrigerator didn't work and not getting the two beds I requested, not one of my best experiences.

Price and location.
The comforter was really thin, but otherwise adequate.

The free internet kiosk with free printing in the lobby was great for itineraries. Location was right near all the things we wanted to see in Ann Arbor during the art fair. Pool and hot tub looked nice if you were there for that.
