The room was very clean and cute, soft beds!
Hallway (old looking) cumbs in elevator.

Surprised to see such nice clean, cute room with very comfortable beds/lots of pillows also. Hallways and elevator a little outdated, but if your going to do updates, I like they are putting their money into the rooms. Nice rooms, nice breakfast.

Room was clean, continental breakfast was convenient, and the hotel in general you can tell was well taken care of. Very close to the mall and restaurants.

Cleanliness.
I requested a room next to a family member and was placed at the opposite end of the hotel!

I thought that the hotel was expensive, given the location, but found the rooms to be very clean and quiet, and having ample space.

Very friendly staff, very clean room and building, awesome free breakfast.
On a very busy road with one way streets, difficult to navigate in & out of parking lot.

Awesome friendly staff that made you feel welcome & treated everyone as a special guest. Will come back in the future.

The hotel was comfortable, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, I would stay there again.

Location.
We had trouble with our TV and air conditioner.

I thought the rates were high for what we got. It was a Green Bay Packer home game weekend and the rates were high.
