Friendly and helpful staff.
First room I was in the TV was not working properly.

Some small issues but the staff readily took care of the problems in a friendly manner, the bed was very comfortable and the room clean and neat.

The location, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff superb.
Nothing.

This hotel is in the best possible area there is. Close to everything you need. The hotel itself is clean the rooms are excellent and the amenities are also excellent. We will be staying here again on our next trip.

The rooms were lovely and the bathrooms were a nice size. The shower was spacious and clean.
It could be a bit more soundproof.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Charlotte. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. I was given a refrigerator room upon asking which was not standard.
To leave the hotel, I had to make a left turn onto the main road, there was a lot of traffic in the AM and no traffic light, hard to make left turn.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the bed was very comfortable and the free breakfast was excellent (I loved the waffle maker). They also had hot water (for my tea) and coffee available at all times.
