Very clean and firm mattresses.
Staff was not friendly.

The hotel room was very clean. The continental breakfast was good. The mattresses were new. Everything worked. I would highly recommend it to someone who needed a quick and pleasant place to stay.

The sink didn't drain, the key didn't work.

Did not enjoy my experience at this hotel at all. The first room that I was assigned, the sink didn't work. The second room was missing the alarm clock.

Convenience to bus stop to travel into NYC.
Road construction in front of hotel.

This hotel suited our needs. The bus stop was right across the street and it was 15-20 minutes into NYC. There was no sidewalk to the bus stop so if the weather isn't nice it could be messy. The breakfast was OK but there weren't enough microwaves and toasters so there was a short wait. The room was clean with a nice sized bathroom. The people we spoke to at the front desk were helpful. read more

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful.

We arrived late and left early as this was a business trip. However, the staff was very friendly. When we arrived and the room was clean and quite roomy. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience.
